In 1976, Joe Campisi founded Campisi Butchery, building it from the ground up through years of dedication, care, and deep respect for traditional Italian craftsmanship and quality.


Now, 50 years later, in 2026, that same passion for excellence expands with the launch of Campisi Smallgoods.

While the Butchery remains the heart of our fresh meat tradition, Campisi Smallgoods is devoted to the slow and patient art of curing and ageing. Where time is respected and behind every piece lies ancestral knowledge, deliberate selection, and a precise moment that only an expert eye knows to recognise.
